Have a Heart Food For Fines Food Drive

Pay your fines with food at the Astoria Public Library. Donate non-perishable food items, and $2 of your fines will be waived per item. See Library News or flyers at the library for more information. All donations benefit the Clatsop Community Action Regional Food Bank.
