GOIN' TO THE LIBRARY Art Show

Have you ever heard or read a story and used your imagination to picture it in your mind? That's what Dorothy Danielson did when she created the Library's new mural GOIN' TO THE LIBRARY. Artwork by children of all ages, inspired by favorite children's tales, will be displayed in the Library from September 10-25.

Mural Unveiling

GOIN' TO THE LIBRARY, a stunning mural created by Svenson artist Dorothy Danielson, will be unveiled on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 5:30 pm during the Astoria 2nd Saturday Art Walk.
